At present, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in various industries in the industrial equipment field. However, due to the lack of conventional fixed specifications and size requirements in the industrial field, industrial lithium-ion batteries do not have conventional products and require customization. So, how long does it take to customize a set of lithium-ion batteries?
Under normal conditions, customizing lithium-ion batteries takes approximately 15 days;
On the first day of receiving the order requirements in the early stage, R&D personnel evaluate the order requirements, provide quotations for samples, and initiate customized product projects.
Day 2: Selection and circuit design of battery cells for the product
Day 3: Produce a structural diagram to confirm with the client and conduct business negotiations
On the the fourth day, we began to purchase materials, design BMS protection board, assemble batteries, charge and discharge circularly, test and debug circuits, etc
Then, packaging, warehousing, quality inspection, and outbound work are carried out until they are transported to the customer's hands. The customer conducts sample testing and other work, which usually takes about 15 working days.
Lithium ion battery assembly is not like the way in small workshops where unknown battery cells and BMS protection boards are taken over and directly packaged in series and parallel, without testing and verification, and shipped directly. This type of battery is usually a price war, and the battery price is very low without after-sales guarantee. Basically, it is a one-time business. It is recommended to go to a professional and legitimate battery manufacturer for purchasing batteries, as quality and after-sales are more guaranteed.
